The
talents of licensed architect Brad Will, R.A. and senior designer
Peter Reynolds came together in 2001 to form Ashokan Architecture
& Planning, PLLC. Located to Kingston, county seat
of Ulster in the heart of the Hudson Valley, AAP is ideally
situated to serve clients throughout the mid-Hudson Valley
region.
As
Principal of AAP, Will, a LEED Accredited Professional, came
to the Hudson Valley from San Francisco with 17 years experience
in residential and commercial architecture. He is a licensed
architect in California and New York and has designed institutional,
commercial and educational facilities in both states. Technically
and CAD oriented, Will manages complex, multi-phase projects
on time, on budget, with an ear to the client's needs.
Under
the direction of a licensed architect, Reynolds has designed
and managed the construction of residential projects for 22
years. He expanded into institutional and commercial design
for schools and businesses in 1993. Throughout the Hudson
Valley, he has created buildings of distinctive quality that
demonstrate his attention to sustainable design practices
and pleasing aesthetics. Currently serving as AAP's Senior
Designer,
Reynolds
is skilled in focusing his team around the visual and practical
needs of his clients. As founder of Antillean Design
& Development, he has channeled green and alternative
energy-intensive projects from the Caribbean to AAP.

and share an uncommon understanding of and enthusiasm for sustainable
design, energy efficiency, and high-quality business, institutional
and residential design, and add the finishing touches that elevate
each building's design to a higher standard.
