Brad Will, R.A., LEED AP
Brad
is the principal in charge of AAP, having co-founded the firm
in January 2002. His design experience ranges from custom
homes to healthcare, public transit, schools, retail &
office, senior living centers and multi-family units. Brad
has been involved with award-winning residential projects,
two major senior living centers, public design competitions,
a new office high- rise, and pro bono assistance for non-profit
organizations. He graduated from Cornell University with a
degree in Architecture in 1984, and became a LEED Accredited
Professional in 2004 with the United States Green Building
Council (USGBC).
Peter
Reynolds
Peter is the senior designer at AAP. He
has assisted in the design of and occasionally built many
residential projects, expanding into institutional and commercial
design for schools and businesses in 1993. Throughout
the Hudson Valley and beyond, he has assisted in creating
buildings of distinctive quality that demonstrate his attention
to sustainable design practices and to the highest aesthetic
standards. Peter is particularly skilled in understanding
and communicating clients' goals in private design meetings,
assisting in the conduct of public charrettes, and producing
artistic perspective renderings. The sum of his regional work
- before and during his tenure at AAP - is a prolific, tasteful,
imaginative, and eminently practical portfolio of well-loved
buildings, many of them widely known. Peter has completed
various published and award-winning projects on reliable budgets
across a great range of design types and styles. Peter
is a Harvard University '78 graduate.
Stephanie
Bassler, R.A., LEED AP
As
Project Architect, Stephanie joined AAP in June of 2005 after
working in New York City. She has extensive residential,
institutional and educational experience, working on projects
as varied as the Cleveland Institute of Music, the Palm Beach
Opera House, the Blue Mountain Middle School, Rockland County
Courthouse, and the Church and Friary of St. Francis of Assisi
in New York.
Stephanie
is an expert in IT applications, networking, and CAD standards.
She has a great interest in sustainable and green building
design. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Architecture
from Rice University in 1994. She is currently licensed
to practice architecture in the State of New York, and recently
earned her LEED professional accreditation.
Jessica
Farkas
Jessica joined AAP in March of 2006. As
a member of our team, Jessica oversees all aspects of our
in-house interior design coordination. A graduate of
Bard College, Jessica completed her interior design at New
York's Fashion Institute of Technology with a 3.8 GPA.
She has over eight years of design experience, with a focus
on green products and applications.

Vincent
Sickles
Vincent is working with AAP as a summer 2007
intern, having completed three years of architectural training
at Philadelphia University. He has already contributed
with skillful model making, virtual renderings, and general
office and project-related duties. Vincent will receive
his professional degree in architecture in May, 2009.
