Site
The historic Victorian hotel building is located at the outskirts of the Bard Campus in the historic hamlet of Annandale-On-Hudson. The landmark structure neighbors several distinct historic 19th century structures along one of the main entrance roads to the campus.

Building
The building, once a hotel, and later a restaurant, will now function to house the Publications Department of Bard College. The new plan for the building will allow for several of the interior historic elements to remain, including the original molding, staircase and several cast iron radiators. The buildings’ exterior renovation is to include the restoration of the large gallery porch, metal roof, and Victorian paint color scheme.

Materials
Wood frame construction, historic wood molding/trim, ground-source heating/ cooling system, new lighting, landscaping.
